This online payment system is provided by Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS). TANUVAS may update these payment terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being published here. The country of domicile for TANUVAS is India.

2. Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:

• The description of services for application processing is specific to your need when you log in with your unique credentials. Payment is required in advance (i.e., before you submit your application).
• All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹) for TN State / NRI candidates and in United States Dollars (US$) for Foreign National candidates. TANUVAS reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
• Your payment will normally reach the TANUVAS account within two working days.
• TANUVAS cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to you providing incorrect personal details.
• TANUVAS cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. If the card supplier declines payment, TANUVAS is under no obligation to bring this to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will TANUVAS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this portal.

3. Refund Policy

If the candidate withdraws or does not complete the admission process after payment, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of the paid application fees.

Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of TANUVAS Management and will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. Nothing in this Policy shall require TANUVAS to refund the fees (or any part thereof) unless such fees have previously been paid and a specific refund is approved.

4. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services, and web pages offered by TANUVAS as part of the UG Admissions Portal. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at admission@tanuvas.org.in.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

When you register and apply on this portal, we collect personal information including but not limited to:

• Name, date of birth, gender, and contact details
• Educational qualification and academic records
• Photographs, signatures, and identity documents
• Community/category certificates (where applicable)
• Payment transaction details

This information is used solely for the purpose of processing your admission application, verifying eligibility, and communicating admission-related updates.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

TANUVAS reserves the entire right to modify, amend, or remove this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract or agreement between TANUVAS and any user visiting the portal or providing identifying information.

6. DND / Opt-Out Policy

If you wish to stop receiving SMS alerts or email notifications from TANUVAS Admissions, you may opt out by sending an email to admission@tanuvas.org.in with your registered mobile number. You will then be excluded from promotional alert lists. Please note that critical admission-related notifications (OTP, payment confirmation, status updates) cannot be opted out of as they are integral to the application process.
